Special Orders
At The Vegan Pasty Company, all of our pasties are handmade in small batches. Because of this, we are sometimes able to accommodate special requests or minor recipe alterations.
Examples may include:
- Removing certain spices or ingredients
- Producing a batch without a specific seasoning
- Larger quantities of a particular flavour
Minimum Order
Special orders require a minimum order value of £45.
This helps us cover the additional time required to prepare a separate batch and ensures our production remains efficient.
As our pasties freeze beautifully, many customers choose to order a larger batch while we are producing a custom run, so they have plenty stocked up for future meals.
How to Place a Special Order
Email us first at

We will confirm:
- Whether the alteration is possible
- Any ingredient or production considerations
- Expected production timeframe
Once agreed, we will provide you with a special order reference number.
You can then place your order through our website, quoting the reference number so we can identify your custom batch.

Special orders may require additional production time.
Not all requests can be accommodated due to ingredient, allergen, or production constraints.
As our kitchen handles gluten, we cannot currently guarantee gluten-free products.
