Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide your details to DPD who will send a link for you to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Boxes are amply sized and your frozen items are well-protected with insulated packaging and dispatched with non-toxic reusable ice packs.
Returns
Should you be in any way dissatisfied with your pasties, please contact The Vegan Pasty Company Ltd by email at your earliest convenience. Please ensure that you keep all evidence relating to any complaints until you have been notified that your complaint has been closed. Any evidence that must be sent to the company must be sent at the complainants cost, which will be refunded should the complaint be upheld. Refunds or replacement will be considered on each individual case, and may be refused if the company deems the complaint to be unsubstantiated.
Where there is no fault with the product the company does not accept any returns or refunds without the express approval of the company directors.
